Activate. Move.

Muscle activation

The moving platform challenges your muscles while you hold a position. Our team explains how to use the equipment comfortably.

A complement to strength training

Studies of vibration combined with exercise report improvements in muscle strength. Those programs involve regular training; a studio visit is not a replacement for strength exercise.

Build an active routine

Explore a different kind of movement alongside your regular activity. If your goal is weight management, keep exercise and nutrition central to the plan.

The experience

What is whole body vibration?

A vibration platform creates small, repeated movements while you stand on it. Our team explains the equipment and helps with positioning. Ask us how the vibration and grounding portions are arranged during your visit.

Choose this if you are curious about adding a different type of movement to your wellness routine. The 30-minute visit is separate from the therapies included in a Revive Session; it does not mean 30 continuous minutes on the platform.

Your first time

Here’s how
your visit goes.

  1. Meet the equipment.

We review your intake and show you the platform. Ask questions before starting.

  2. Follow the team’s guidance.

We explain positioning and the session setup. Let us know immediately if a setting feels uncomfortable.

  3. Finish your visit.

Ask the team about the grounding portion and how the time is divided. Your total studio experience is 30 minutes.

Good to know

Before you come in.

Is this part of a Revive Session?

No. Whole Body Vibration & Grounding is available separately for $29. It is not included in the Wellness Pack, Revive Flex, or Revive Elite sessions.

Is the area private?

Vibration is in an open area without a door. People moving through the studio may see your session.

Does 30 minutes mean continuous vibration?

No. Thirty minutes is the visit duration. Ask the team to explain the equipment intervals and how grounding is included.

How do I arrange a visit?

Call or text us about availability. This experience is purchased in studio and is not sold online.

Is this right for everyone?

These are general wellness services, not medical treatment. Share your questions during intake. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication, or are unsure whether this experience is appropriate, consult your healthcare provider before participating.

Explore the research & further reading

Research finds strength improvements in some structured programs combining vibration and exercise. Body-composition studies often also include dietary changes or exercise. These findings are not a guarantee of muscle growth or weight loss from standing on a platform, and do not establish weight-loss benefits for grounding.
